AXENS-ZPJE NECTIS JV INCORPORATION SIGNING CEREMONY

On September 6, 2023, ZPJE and Axens held a signing ceremony for NECTIS in Zhenhai, Ningbo. NECTIS is the first overseas joint venture of ZPJE since its establishment, creating more convenient channel serving for the overseas clients. 

Axens is a well-established technology, products, equipment and services provider with an extensive process technology knowledge. During the ceremony, Du Yueliang (the CEO & GM of ZPJE) ，Zhang Xian’an(EVP of ZPJE), Jean Sentenac (the CEO & Chairman of Axens) and Jacques Rault (EVP Technology & Technical Support) signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Establishing a joint venture aims at promoting and selling ZPJE STHE to the process industry outside of China, and connecting customers more easily, quickly and systematically,and executing marketing activities more efficiently, and supporting overseas clients to reduce their carbon footprint.

This signing ceremony marks the official establishment of NECTIS , laying a solid foundation for  ZPJE expansion on overseas market .
